Vitrectomy for vitreous hemorrhage – #SUVR0009

1) The image you purchase will have a small, unobtrusive copyright mark near the bottom of the image. This is used for us to keep track of our licensed images (so we're not bothering you with copyright issues).

2) This license agreement DOES NOT PERMIT the following uses of the Image(s): You may not post any Image(s) from JirehDesign.com online in a downloadable high-resolution format, or use the Image(s) in a website at a resolution higher than 72 ppi.

3) You may not re-sell, re-license, rent, assign, transfer, sub-license or grant any rights to the Image(s), in whole or in part, or any compilation, derivative or collective work containing such Image(s) to any other person or entity, whether voluntary or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of JirehDesign.com. 4) All Image(s) are owned by JirehDesign.com or its licensors and are protected by the United States Copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights to any JirehDesign.com Image(s) is transferred to Client. JirehDesign.com retains all rights not expressly granted by this license agreement.

5) JirehDesign.com represent and warrants that Mark A Erickson is the copyright owner of the Image(s) and that JirehDesign.com has not granted any rights in the Image(s) that would permit a third party to raise a claim against the Purchaser for the Licensed Use. JirehDesign.com’s liability for all claims by Purchaser shall not exceed the License Fee. JirehDesign.com shall not be liable for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of Purchaser's use of the Image(s). JirehDesign.com warrants the Image(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Image(s) or a refund of the purchase price, at the option of JirehDesign.com. JirehDesign.com makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability, technical, medical or anatomical accuracy, fitness for any particular use or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment.

Indemnification: Purchaser will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Mark A Erickson and JirehDesign.com, its trustees, agents and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising from any use of the Image(s) by Purchaser.

Disputes: Any dispute regarding this License shall, in JirehDesign.com’s sole discretion, either: (1) be arbitrated in the state of Florida, under rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of Florida; or (2) be adjudicated in Florida under the laws of the United States and/or of Florida. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
